Pricing:

All orders are shipped on the basis of prices prevailing at the time the order was accepted, Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery and Transportation:

Unless agreed to by Wise at time of order acceptance, all orders are FOB Wise, prepay and add.

Warranty:

Wise warrants all batteries assemble by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from date of sale. All technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on tests Wise believes to be reliable, the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed.

Wise’s sole remedy will be to repair or replace any part determined by Wise to be defective.

Wise makes no warranty in connection with materials sold but not manufactured by Wise. These items are subject to the warranty, if any, of their manufacture. Wise will provide reasonable assistance in making any claim for breach of the original manufacturer warranty.

Terms:

Net 30 days from date of invoice upon approved credit. Internet sales: Approved Credit Card only.

Credits and Exchanges:
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must accompany all products returned for a credit or exchange. Please contact Wise for RGA prior to returning any product.

Battery Disposal:
A Recycle Authorization (R) number must accompany all products returned for disposal. Please contact Wise for an R number prior to returning any product for disposal. All recycle products must be shipped prepaid.
